1. Data Controller

DevStudio Impact ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our partnership intake forms. We are registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).

2. What We Collect

Identity data: full name, organization, stakeholder type
Contact data: email, phone number, region
Program metadata: school details, lab status, skills, availability
Technical data: browser type, IP address (server logs only)

3. How We Use Your Data

We process personal data solely for partnership evaluation, program delivery, volunteer coordination, and statutory reporting. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis (Act 843)

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Section 11), contractual necessity for program partnerships, and legitimate interests in operating our NGO mission. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Retention & Deletion

Partnership intake records are retained for a maximum of 365 days unless a longer period is required by law. After this period, records are automatically purged. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us with subject "Data Deletion Request".
